A dark, rich, red honey from Proteas, Buchu, Heathers, and Aloe. Hives are hidden deep within the ravines and gorges of the Baviaanskloof mountains, away from any agriculture. Retains its flavor when used in cooking. Wild Hive Honey provides only the purest raw honey directly from their own bee hives. Honey is cold spun, sieved and settled therefore contains traces of pollen, propolis and active enzymes, rich and nutritious just as the bees made it. Store at room temperature. Honey will naturally crystallise at low temperatures. Should crystallisation occur, place your honey in warm sunlight or warm water until liquid.
