You can make large amounts of broth from a small jar. The glass jar is definitely a selling point over a plastic one, especially given that this is likely a ‘hot fill’ product. The fact that this brand is using as much biodegradable and recyclable packaging as possible and keeping things as local as they can is great. The option to choose a charity to donate to at checkout is a great initiative. It’s excellent to see they have a goal to be carbon neutral.
