When I ate it, it felt super fresh and well prepared. The way all the additional ingredients were cut was very nice. The flavour was good. I was so happy to read olive oil was the oil of choice- never seen that in a prepackaged salad before. High use of Australian ingredients is so nice to see, with a focus on low food miles. This is so important to me personally and aligns with my values.
