Description Ingredients: 100% Pure Premium Essential Oils (Wintergreen, Peppermint, Kunzea, Frankincense, Lavender, Marjoram, Blue tansy), Magnesium Chloride, H20, Fluorite crystals Directions: Shake thoroughly, apply twice daily when experiencing increased discomfort, or once daily for transdermal Magnesium absorption. Lightly rub into skin & thoroughly wash your hands. Apply moisturiser on sensitive skin 20 minutes after spray application OR if you experience slight tingling apply to soles of feet for 3 weeks prior to use on other areas of your body. Avoid rubbing excessively as your hands may soak up all the spray. ADULTS: Apply to areas of muscle tenderness for target relief OR shoulders down, soles of feet &/or abdomen for Magnesium support. Apply up to 10 sprays per application. CHILDREN FROM 2 YRS: Apply 2-3 sprays on soles of feet. Increase to lower legs & stomach. Always ensure you wash your hands thoroughly after application. PLEASE NOTE: Your skin may tingle on application; this MAY occur if you are deficient in magnesium & your body is not used to this mineral being applied topically. It can also leave your skin feeling like you have just had a swim in the ocean – this is from the high mineral content of the product. It MAY also tingle if your skin is dry, treat your beautiful skin with more moisturiser to prevent this from occurring. Depending on your preference, you can shower or wipe down to eliminate any residue 30 minutes after application once the product has had the opportunity to soak into your system.
