These burgers are still hand pressed and we use the consistency and fat to help the burger stay formed during cooking without the need for ‘fillers and binders’. Our Paleo Pork Burgers and sausages are 100% grain free. This makes them ideal for ancestral health diets, those who like to keep their carbohydrates low to minimise an insulin response and anyone who wants to avoid the damaging effects of gluten and anti-nutrients on the gut.
