Keep at a temperature from 4°C to 8°C. Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1730 kJ / 417 kcal; Fat 33,2 g; of wich saturates 20,8 g; Carbohydrates 3,9 g; of which sugars <0,2 g; Protein 25,6 g; Salt 2 g.
