LITERALLY The only thing that works for me- I’ve tried so many other supps like JS health, Fusion vitex, various Tea’s, seed cycling. This product is an absolute god send. Works best taken at the start of the cycle and eliminates any breast tenderness, cramping and over heating that I usually suffer through out the cycle.
