Let’s do it in ways that warm your heart and lift your spirit ♥ Brewing guide Inner Peace is a delicate blend of aromatic herbs best brewed for about 5 minutes. Make sure the water is just below boiling point (about 95°C) to maintain the maximum benefit of the herbs. Try pouring a dash of cold water over the herbs before adding boiling water. This will ‘wake’ the herbs and they won’t taste bitter from by the hot water. We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per cup (250ml) of water.
